    • Both providers have committed to renewable energy use and carbon reduction strategies.
    • We will monitor developments in cloud sustainability reporting and incorporate metrics where available to track our digital carbon footprint.
  4. Suppliers, Clients, and Partners
    • We encourage suppliers and partners to adopt sustainable practices, including energy efficiency, low-carbon travel, and responsible resource management.
    • We will seek to work with clients who share our commitment to environmental responsibility and provide guidance on reducing emissions associated with IT projects.
  5. Continuous Improvement
    • We will regularly review our practices, monitor emissions, and set interim targets to ensure progress toward our Net Zero goal by 2045.
    • Staff will receive guidance and training on sustainable practices relevant to their roles.
  6. Reporting and Transparency
